
The Competitive Manufacturing Certificate IV is offered under agreement with Orion Training and Performance Management (RTO#30915) and is a nationally recognized qualification subsidised by the Commonwealth Government and aimed at predominately Team Leaders, Potential Team Leaders, Supervisors and Leading Hands. The program is affordable in that government funding is available to eligible participants and cost neutral except for the participants time.
Duration of training to certification is entirely your decision.On average trainer/mentor involvement will be from 20 to 25 (3 to 4 hour visits).The training methodology is not academic based, but primarily 'hands on' delivered on-site using internal projects and assignments.
Certificate IV is structured to allow a selection of 10 units from a range of competencies.
